You would think that after spending nearly a decade playing the role of Meredith on Grey’s Anatomy, actress Ellen Pompeo would share a healthy relationship with the show’s producers.

But from her recent self-contradictory statements that doesn’t seem to be the case.

It wasn’t too long before when Ellen announced that she would quit the show, once her contract was over.

However, now, as the time for the contract to get over approaches, she seems to be having the jitters about what her future holds, and is willing to keep all her options open, Grey’s Anatomy included.

From what it seems, it looks like the lady was pretty confident that she would land some meaty roles in movies, once she announced that she was quitting Grey’s Anatomy in the near future.

After all, that’s what happened to the previous cast members, who quit the show!

But luck doesn’t seem to be on her side, since nothing like that happened, and the only options that she has been left with to choose from are being jobless and continuing her stint on the show.

Yikes!

As she reevaluated her options, she covered up for the hasty remarks made by her, over a year back, by saying that her statements were as a result of her not being sure about whether the show’s producers would be interested in having her back on the show.

She is portraying herself to be totally clueless about the matter, saying that it’s a lot like getting ready for a party that you aren’t sure you’d be invited to.

In another strange comparison, the actress remarked that her job on Grey’s Anatomy is far better than a 9 to 5 job.

We wonder why she is even considering a 9 to 5 job. Surely that isn’t one of her options!

The season premiere will be a two-hour long episode that will begin with Derek working on the dream house he wants to make for Meredith and their baby Zola. Shonda will intend to have them move in, around the end of this season.

Baby Zola will be the key to their reconciliation, and the changes brought forth by her presence will be painful, wonderful and unexpected. So, that’s good news guys, ‘MerDer’ is not going anywhere for this season!

Given that Eric is no doubt a talented actor, it’s plain-visible that he gives remarkable performances, week in and week out as the plastic surgeon, Mark Sloan on Grey’s Anatomy.

After the sex-tapes and Rebecca’s involvement in a car-accident in which she ‘accidentally’ struck a nine-year old boy, who later died; now that is something that the two have got to steer clear of.

It’s Hollywood baby and there’s no telling what’s waiting for you at the next turn, so you got to be careful, especially with two kids around. That’s my message to the happy couple!

And I hope that Eric’s wife is able to stay healthy and deliver a cute and cuddly baby, girl or boy, and takes good care of her kids and herself as well.

And as for Eric Dane, he’s going to be a father to two kids now and that means double the responsibility for him, but I’m being selfish here and hoping that Eric will continue appearing on the show, because the angle between his character, Mark and his love Lexie, is just terribly interesting and worth a download.

The complicated, tumultuous relation between Mark and Lexie and his friendship with Derek, with whose wife he had an extra-marital affair; those two story acrs have played a significant role in making the show, Grey’s Anatomy, a huge success.

He also said that he has no idea about the fate of other characters, but for him, it’s over. He is done with it and is happy that he is leaving the show at the right time, as he can’t see himself doing the role more.

Further, he added that the decision was hard to take as Grey’s Anatomy has become an indispensable part of his life. Infact, the rumor mill is on that his better-half (on-screen), played by Ellen Pompeo, may also say goodbye to the show.
