If you have always seen Katherine Heigl as an actress then you will certainly be amazed to see her as a very able host. Very recently she hosted a celebration for her Grey’s Anatomy co-star, Ellen Pompeo. The occasion was baby shower for Ellen.

The ceremony was organized at Katherine’s Los Feliz home. 25 friends and Grey’s Anatomy stars, Kate Walsh and Sandra Oh were also there to be a part of the happiness and joy of their co-star. Moreover, Rebecca Gayheart, the wife of her Grey's co-star Eric Dane was also there on the occasion.

On the occasion Ellen wore a white summer dress. Trust me guys she was looking heavenly. And in addition to this, her hairs were braided up-do that made her more striking.

The forthcoming season of Grey’s Anatomy is scheduled to premier on September 24th 2009 on the ABC network. The show opener will be "Good Mourning, Part 1”, whereas second and the third episodes of the show are "Good Mourning, Part 2" and "Goodbye" respectively.

Grey’s Anatomy is a super hit TV show that has been honored with two Emmy awards and two Golden Globe awards. Since March 27, 2005 (premier date of the first season of the show), till date a total of 102 episodes of the show have been aired in five long season. Each of them was uniquely different and interesting. This show is one of the most widely appreciated TV show of ABC network. Moreover the stars that appear on the show are also very well known for their portrayal on the show.

I have been watching Grey’s Anatomy since its first episode. I love everything concerning it. Moreover all the stars that appear on the show are in my list of favorites but the whom I like the most is Katherine Heigl. She portrays the role of Izzie Stevens.
